Warm up then…..

  • Back squat- 8@8 with 3 repeats

While warming up your Press, work on your handstand… 5 attempts at handstand holds either freestanding or chest to wall

  • Press- 5 @9 drop 10% and perform 3 sets for near max reps

WOD- it’s a sad, sad day when the run is the rest 🙂

  • Run 1 lap
  • 40 cal row
  • Run 1 lap
  • 30 cal
  • Run 1 lap
  • 20 cal
  • Run 1 lap
  • 10 cal
