WOD: In teams of two, complete the following (3 minutes per station) –
20 Tire flips (10 each)
20 Back Squats (#255/175) (10 each)
20 Dumbbell Walking Lunge (#80/50) (10 each leg)
600M sandbag relay (both running together – trade off the sandbag)
20 Ground to Overhead (#185/135)
