Warmup, then…..
Going to work in our core today.
WOD- 

  • 1 minute rock hollow hold
  • 25 HR push-ups (nice and slow)
  • 25 leg raises
  • 1 minute plank
  • 25 mountain climbers
  • 1 minute hollow rock hold
  • 1 minute plank second plank
  • 50 burpees

Cash out – 100 sit-ups 
Cool down – 800m jog
