Another great day! Lot of effort this week, lets keep the ball rolling!

WOD 1: EMOM 20 – alternate between
Ring complex – 3 ring pushups, 3 strict ring dips, 3 kipping ring dips
Bar complex – 3 strict pullups, 3 kipping pullups, 3 C2B pullups

WOD 2: 3 rft –
20 GHD situps
20 GHD Back Extension

WOD 3: for time – 1 mile airdyne
