WEIGHTLIFTING- every :60 for 6 rounds

  • 2 clean and jerk. Start with 65%. Go up each successful set

BACK SQUAT 3 x 12 reps @ 65% Rest up to :90 sec between sets. 

WOD- 15 min cap

30-20-10

  • Thruster 75/53
  • Pull up
  • Burpee (over the bar)
