And….. Here we go! Been gone enjoying the latest edition to the Codd household, Levi Bolt Codd. 
It’s time though to get refocused and set for summer!
We will be starting at 0700 sharp (warm up completed). 

Warmup: the usual, then…

Every :90 seconds for 4 rounds

3 position snatch- build up to a max of the complex- Snatch from 1st position, high hang, and hang below knee.
