Sasha special today!! Come on out to the garage and be prepared to get your WOD on – you are going to need it!

Warmup:
2 laps
cals/mob
Warmup up to heavy Clean and Jerk.

WOD: for time –
500M row cash-in, then

5-4-3-2-1 reps of:
Clean and Jerk (80% of 1RM)
Cindy Round (5 Pullups, 10 Pushups, 15 Squats)

500M row cash-out

For the WOD, following the initial row, you will complete 5 clean and jerks, then do 5 rounds of Cindy, then 4 clean and jerks, 4 rounds of Cindy, etc. Finish with a 500M row.
