My hands are tore up from the CF open 16.3 workout, but we shall manage. 

Warm up, then….
On a 15 minute timer, 

  • Perform a max effort 5 min “MARY”

Record score
With the remaining 10 minutes, you will find your 1rm Snatch (full squat) After each attempt you must perform 1 round of “MARY”

  • 15 HSPU
  • 21 Thrusters 95/65

  • 5 Handstand push-ups
  • 10 1-legged squats
  • 15 Pull-ups
