Warmup:
Run 4 laps
cals/mob
Warmup: set up deadlift barbell and work up to WOD weight, do some squats and pushups

WOD – EMOM 30
Min 0-9: 10 Thrusters (45/35)
Min 10-19: 3 Deadlift (315/225)
Min 20-29: 10 Bench Press (105/75)
