We will meet out in the garage today. Time to get strong and explosive. reminder, tomorrow we will do open WOD 16.2. If you have already done 16.2, there will be an alternate WOD.

Warmup: 4 laps
cals/mobility
Warmup up shoulders for push press

WOD: EMOM 30 –
minutes 0-9: 7 burpees (as fast as possible)
minutes 10-19: 2 push press (heavy)
minutes 20-29: 75M sprint
