Alright folks, the Crossfit Open is officially upon us. For those that plan to compete and get the WOD scored prior to the deadline on Monday, we will be using the AM WOD to prep for the competition. 
And with that…
Warm up: 3 rounds: 15 air squats, 10 push-ups, then mobility shoulder stretch. 
Then, discuss 16.1, and work through it at either 100% effort (for those who are not competing), or 50% effort (for those who will be competing). 
For those competing, I will walk you through the WOD and map out strategies to help you be successful. It’s also an opportunity for me to hammer down my own strategy. 
WORKOUT 16.1
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:

25-ft. overhead walking lunge

8 burpees

25-ft. overhead walking lunge

8 chest-to-bar pull-ups
Men lunge 95 lb

Womens lunge 65 lb
