Deadlift 5-4-3-2-2-1-1….find 1 RM

WOD 2

drop the DL weight

1 DL, 10 double unders

2 DL, 20 double unders

continue as long as possible, or until 10 min time cap.

Cash out – 50 Sit ups, 120 seconds handstand hold
