We will meet in the garage today. Time to work off the weekend rust.

Warmup:
400M jog
cals & mobility
1 min – Pushups
1 min – Squats
1 min – Jump Rope
1 min – KB Swing

WOD: 21-15-9 reps for time of:
225-lb. deadlifts
Overhead walking-lunge steps
Burpees, jumping over the barbell

Use a pair of 35-lb. dumbbells or kettlebells for the overhead lunges.
