Warm up: L/C/S… The 
Bench- every 3:00 for 12:00

  • Bench 2-3reps at 85% plus 5-20 unbroken T2B

Then…. Deadlift-

  • TNG 10@8 one repeat down set


For time (15 min cap)

  • 50 calorie Row (or run until the last rower completes 50 calories)
  • 40 Deadlifts 275/185
  • 30 Box Jump Overs 30/24
  • 20 Bar Muscle Up (we are going to find a bar in the box and see if we can knock these out. Otherwise, C2B. 
  • 1 lap- sprint!
