Another cold morning. Your mental toughness will definitely be tested. 
Warmup: L/S/C…. Then…
12 minutes to find 1rm Clean and Jerk.

(Start @ 80%. After each attempt, whether it’s successful or not, you must row 25/20 calories or run 1 lap before your next lift.
WOD1 – in 15 min complete
Back squat at 75%, 2 sets of 12 reps with 1:00 rest between sets 
Then 
Push Press at 80/90%, 5 sets of 3-5 reps

10 min AMRAP
