Meeting in the gym today.

Warmup:
3 rounds – row 300M, 2 minute stretch

WOD 1: 5 x 5 Behind the neck press with overhead squat grip. Sub another strength movement if desired (weighted dips, weighted pullups)

WOD 2: AMRAP 20
10 burpees
30 squats
1 minute handstand hold
