Will be a bit colder than the past few days so dress accordingly. 

Same programming as last week’s strength day, try and increase your capacity for added reps or added weight. Challenge yourself on the T2Bs 
Bench- every 3:00 for 12:00

Bench 3-4reps at 80% plus 5-20 unbroken T2B
Deadlift- 

TNG 5@9 no drop sets (this should be a very heavy weight)
WOD-

15 min cap

Deadlift 225/155

Box Jump 24/20
