SWIM WOD!

We will depart from the CDC parking lot NLT 0720. Join us if you can!
If you can’t join the swim,here’s a WOD for you to try:
5 rounds for reps of:

1 minute of 185-lb. deadlifts

1 minute of push-ups

1 minute of strict knees-to-elbows
