Somewhat cold out but we will grind it out regardless. 
Warmup – Laps/Cals/Stretches
“Airmen” WOD
(20 minute cap)

6 rounds of:

12 deadlifts (185/125)

21 burpee box jumps

15 pull-ups
then
455 single unders
Cash out – tire flips (amount TBD)
*begin jump roping once you complete the 6 rounds or the 20 minute cap expires*
