Warmup:
basketball laps
calisthenics/stretching

SWOD: 5 x 3 DB Power Snatch (3 each arm)
12 Lunges between sets (#35/25 DB)

MWOD: “Pushup Annie”:
50-40-30-20-10 reps of
Pushups
Situps
