Sorry for the late post.  No instructor today folks.  Below is a WOD to knock out.

WOD: with a 12 minute running clock –
30 Front Squat (bodyweight)
Max Reps Russian Kettlebell Swings (24/16kg)

You must complete all the front squats before beginning the kettlebell swings.
