Folks – no instructor today, but here is a WOD to knockout.  It should be warm enough to head outside today, or you can complete this in the gym using the treadmill or the rower.  You could also run laps around the basketball court.

WOD: for time –
800m run
20 T2B
20 KB good mornings (32/24kg)
600m run
15 T2B
15 KB good mornings
400m run
10 T2B
10 KB good mornings
200m run
5 T2B
5 KB good mornings

Feel free to sub GHD sit-ups for T2B.
