Bring your cold weather gear and your log book! Complete these tests in any order, rest as needed,and log your results. Complete as many tests as you can – no more than 3 attempts per “event”…most will only require one attempt. 

Box Jump – max height (careful for ceiling….skip this one if height doesn’t allow)
Broad jump – max distance

Double Unders – 2 min test

HSPU – max reps

L-sit hold – max time 

Kipping Pull ups – max reps

Ring Dips – max reps 

100 sit ups – for time 

Run 800m – as fast as possible
