Going to stay inside today since it is COLD out there!!!  Meet in the gym at 1200.
Warmup:
6 laps of basketball court
mobility
3 rds – 5 burpees, 10 lunges, 15 situps

WOD: “Gracious Cindy” –

10 pushups
15 squats

Rest 1 minute

EMOM 8
3 clean and Jerks (heavy) – Use KB or DB
