Going to pick up some heavy stuff today!!  We will meet in the gym at 1200, do a warmup, then head down to the garage for the WOD, then right back up to the gym.

Warmup: 3rds –
250M row
2 minutes stretching

WOD: 3-3-2-2-1-1-1 Deadlift

Inbetween each deadlift set, do 5 heavy KB bent rows
