We will meet inside in the gym today.  Meet by the rowers at 1200.

Warmup:3 rds – 250M rowing, 2 minutes stretching

Strength – 3 x 5 DB Press (75% of TM*)

WOD: AMRAP 14 –
5 HSPU
7 KBS (24/16kg)
9 DB Thrusters (#35/25)
11 Walking Lunges

For your training max (TM) – use 90% of your 1 rep max strict press
