Happy Star Wars Opening Night!!!  Meet us in the garage for some back squat fun!!

Warmup:
50 calories on the watt bike
mobility/calisthenics
3 rds – 10 hamstring clean builders, 10 back extensions, 10 DB back flys

WOD: 5 x 5 back squat
This will be a tempo training day.  Count is 3 second down, 2 second hold, explode from the bottom.  Minimal pause at top.
