Warmup:
3 rds – 200m run, 10 reps squat therapy
Calisthenics/mobility
3rds – 10 chin-ups, 10 snatch grip trap shrugs, 10 Romanian deadlift
WOD: 5-4-3-2-1 Back Squat

Perform 8 DB flys after each round.
