Folks – no instructor today due to some last minute meetings.  Go ahead and jog 400M, do some light calisthenics and mobility, then hit the below WOD.  Go outside or stay inside the gym today – your choice!!

 

WOD: Perform the following – between each exercise run 200M (1 lap around garage or 2 laps around basketball court)

30 ABMAT situps

1 minute front plank

30 Knees to Elbow

1 minute side plank (right side)

30 4-count flutter kicks

1 minute side plank (left side)

30 GHD situps

1 minute leg hold (6″ off floor)

30 Banded Side Twist (15 each side) or Russian Twists with weight (#20/14)

1 minute upper torso hold (6″ off floor)
