2 rounds of 10 push ups, 10 sit-ups, 10 walking lunges (each leg) 
WOD
6 rounds*

20 x KB Swing at 50lbs

20 x Burpees
*120 reps of each, break into as many rounds as you need (Rx = 3 Rounds of 40 reps each)
