2 laps/cals (cals will be incorporated in the laps)

5 push ups

5 air squats

5 PVC pass thrus

Hero WOD

Barbara (5 RFT/ 3 min rest in between each round)

20 pull ups

30 push ups

40 sit ups

50 squats
