Warmup:
500M row
mobility/calisthenics
3 rds – 10 good mornings, 10 suppinated grip bent rows, 10 kipping swings

WOD: Every 4 minutes, complete the following –
5 deadlifts
15 T2B

For the deadlifts, increase the weight each round –
Men: 185, 225, 275, 315, 335, 355, 375, 395….
Women: 115, 155, 185, 225, 245, 265, 285, 305….

Cooldown: 500M row
