Another great day out there…meet in the garage at 1200.

Warmup: jog 4 laps
mobility/calisthenics
3 rds – 10 squats, 10 barbell deadlift, 10 barbell push press

WOD: 7 x 3 back squat

In between each round of squats, perform 5 L-sit pullups
