Folks – need to meet at 1130 today…going to work some strength today.

Warmup:
2 laps
mobility/calisthenics
3 min – 5 deadlift, 5 squats, 5 push jerk

WOD: Every 90 Seconds for 15 minutes –
1 Deadlift (BW)
1 Power Clean (BW)
1 Squat Clean to Push Jerk (BW)
