Meeting in the garage.  Got some heavy work for today.

Warmup:
500M row
mobility/calisthenics
30 single leg step ups (15 each leg), 30 GHD situps, 30 KB Swings

WOD: E3MO3M – 3 Lunges (each leg) – Start with #95/55 and go up by #10lbs each set until failure.

Extra Credit: 2 max effort sets of pullups
