Meet in the garage today (I know it is raining…you won’t melt).

Warmup:
jog 2 laps
mobility/calisthenics

WOD – 3 rounds for time:
50M sled sprint
25 GHD situps
50M sled sprint
25 GHD back extensions
50M sled sprint
25 banded twists

 

Since we only have one sled, you can either wait for the sled to be available or you can sprint 200M.
