Warmup: jog 4 laps
mobility/cals
3 minutes: 5 squats, 5 HSPU, 5 K2E

Warmup to a heavy 3 rep front squat, then lower weight for the WOD:

WOD: 4 rounds for time of:
30 push-ups
20 front squats (#115/75)
20 push press (#115/75)
30 GHD sit ups
