Folks, there will be special guest at our box tomorrow at 0630. If you want to roll through a WOD with him, be up at the box and ready to hit it hard at 0630 SHARP! 
For the 0700 and 0730 crews….
Warm up- 

Push Press-3@8 plus 4 down sets

Back squat-5@7, 5@8, 5@9 + 2 drop sets (5%) on 1:30. Couple the drop sets with 65% of max ring dips from the beginning of this cycle.
Cooper test
Run for max distance in 12 min
Cash out- 12 tire flips.
