We will meet outside in the garage at 1200.

Warmup:
jog 2 laps
calisthenics/mobility
3 min – 5 barbell push press, 5 pushups, 5 PVC Snatch Balance, 5 situps

WOD 1: for time –
Overhead walk 50M (#155)
Run 200M

Rest 3 minutes

WOD 2: 3 rds for time –
15 Hang Squat Snatch (#45/35)
15 Ring Dips

Rest 2 minutes

WOD 3: Max Air Squats in 1 minute
Score = (total time to complete WOD 1 + 2) minus (1 second for every air squat completed).
