It’s going to be another humid day, be sure to hydrate well.

Warm up:
1 Lap/ mobility

WOD:

Chelsea

5 pull ups

10 push ups

15 squats

Each minute on the minute for 30 mins.  To scale this, it will be 90 second intervals for 30 mins completing as many rounds as possible.
