Warmup:
500M row
mobility
4 min – 5 PVC passthrus, 5 downward dog to cobra pose, 5 PVC Overhead Squat

SWOD: 5 x 5 Overhead Squat

After each set, perform 10 GHD side twists (will explain at class)
