WOD:
Ladder format, perform 1 rep of each exercise on the first minute, 2 reps of each on the second minute, 3 reps on the third etc. Continue as long as you are able. If you break up your number of reps in the minute as you fatigue, that is acceptable. Scale as necessary.

Burpee + 115lb shoulder press ladder
REST 3 Minutes
Burpee + 245lb deadlift ladder
