10-8-5-3-3-3-to failure of shoulder press 

WOD 2:

Followed by 3 sets of 10 reps stability press where you hang KBS off the ends of a barbell using bands. The elasticity forces tight core and form.

WOD 3:

Followed by 12min amrap, max reps push ups, 400m run
