No formal instruction, sorry can’t make it folks but here’s a WOD.

W/U:

Lap/Cals/Stretch

3 Rds

5 Pullups

10 push-ups

12 air Sqts

WOD:

5 rounds for time of:

20 wall-ball shots, 20-lb. ball

225 lb. deadlifts (sub a weight that is heavier but not too close to max 155/175/185) 10 reps
